Scroll to the chat box and type whatever is on your mind. You can talk about your day, ask for encouragement, vent, or just have a casual conversation. The AI responds in a warm, supportive tone.
2) Pick your character style
Click Change character near the welcome card to switch personalities. Each character has a unique mood and speaking style, so try different ones depending on how you want the conversation to feel.
3) Get better responses
Share context like what happened, how you feel, and what kind of support you want. For example: motivation, calm advice, a pep talk, or a playful response. Clear details usually lead to more helpful replies.
